Stoke-on-Trent,
As Lead Vet Surgeon you will be required to work in Midlands, ST1
a stand out Staffordshire practice - really making it £35,000 to £60,000 per
your own. Putting in your own knowledge and skill year
to truly make the practice a fabulous place to work,
along with a safe and secure place for clients and
their pets alike. You will be surrounded with the best
nursing and support team which is made up of
experienced team that includes a Head Nurse and
an SVN.. The clinic feeds into the nearby practice
for all out of hour care.

The practice provide ongoing support to our teams,

both in practice and through our dedicated training
centre. This empowers you to get the very best
from our advanced equipment while being on your
journey to veterinary excellence.

You'll deliver exceptional care by going beyond

consulting to listen and empathising, putting
patients and clients first, always.

The Role in a nut shell:

- 4-day week - 9am- 7pm shifts.

- 1:4 weekends.
- You will be included on a fair share bank holiday
and on-call rota.

The Candidate:

- 5 years UK clinical experience

- Competence in all routine soft tissue surgeries
and medical case management
- Team management experience would be
beneficial
- Interest in surgery would be beneficial but is not
essential.
- Good communication skills, mediation experience,
and the ability to share knowledge and lead by
being an outstanding, positive example to others.

Salary & Benefits for Veterinary Surgeon role:

- Competitive salary all dependent on experience -

£65K!
- Accommodation and vehicle allowance.
- Lead vet contribution scheme - make up to an
extra 20% of your base salary per quarter
- CPD allowance plus time off for CPD leave.
- VDS, RCVS, BVA memberships paid.
