    You can create a Color Lookup layer in Photoshop from the Layers panel or Adjustments panel without installing anything. Selecting the icon on the new Color Lookup layer will open a panel where you can load 3D LUT files by clicking Load 3DLUT... to apply color corrections without further installation.

     do  not  need  to  install  anything.

    Create  a  Color  Lookup  layer  in  Photoshop.  You  can  do  that  from  the  bottom  bar  of  the  Layers  

    panel,  or  from  the  Adjustments  panel  above  the  Layers  panel.
     
    Click  the  icon  on  the  new  layer  and  the  Color  Lookup  panel  will  appear.  Click  the  
    drop-­‐down  menu  that  says  Load  3DLUT…  and  you  will  see  a  list  of  LUTs  that  are  
    already  installed.  To  load  one  of  your  new  LUTs,  click  the  Load  3DLUT…  item.
