THE KARITON KLASRUM
The program makes use of “kariton”
(pushcarts) filled with learning materials and
brought to the streets to engage street
children in learning activities, health care and
feeding sessions.
Started during 2007 bringing education to
poor communities in Cavite City
a collaboration between the youth group
Dynamic Teen Company and the Community

Aim: To encourage the children to attend or

Founded the Hearts and Brains Inc. (HABI)
Dr Cagape also created a program called “I text mo
kay Doc”. This program is for people seeking medical
advice any time of the day.

He is also known as “Ka Alex” to the Filipino
community in Saudi Arabia.
