da Vinci “The artist sees what others only catch a glimpse of?”

Art is the expression or application of human creative skills and imagination. I believe
that anyone can become an artist, whether they create something oozing and unique, or
they create something that is simple and easy to understand. Having the talent of doing
art is one of the greatest gifts we can have. Why? Because art enable us to be free from
the world, we can use arts as a means of gateway to the defining and cruel world that
we live.

The lines of the Renaissance artist Leonardo da Vinci “The artist sees what others only
catch a glimpse of?” This line, for me in the simplest explanation is that, people or the
audience of an art only sees the outside wherein, only the beauty and artistic skills of
the artist is can be seen. If a person who is not associated in the skills of art looks in an
art by an artist and didn’t try to understand what that art is or what is it about, they would
really see just a glimpse of that art is trying to depict. While an artist, who knows every
bit, lines, even the color and emotion of that art will see the entirety of what that art is
about, what it is trying to tell and how deep that art is. I can compare this in to two
people that talks about a certain story wherein, the first one only knows the summary of
that story while the other one knows the whole flow, whole detail of the story. Just like
an artist, they possess something which a non-art person does.

Indeed, art is very wonderful and something fascinating. You’ll be able to express your
thoughts and ideas, and can even show to the world how beautiful an art is. And you
won’t see only a glimpse but the whole of an art.
