AFFIDAVIT OF NON-HIRING OF CONTRACTOR

That I, GARCIA, LENARD ANOS, of legal age, single, Filipino citizen, and with
postal address at Avida Settings, Molino-Paliparan Road, Dasmariñas City Cavite, after duly
sworn according to law, hereby depose and state that:

1. That I am the owner of the proposed Construction of Two (2) Storey Residential
Building:

2. That the proposed construction is located at Avida Settings, Molino-Paliparan Road,

Dasmariñas City Cavite;

3. That in the said proposed construction, I will not have a contractor to do all the
complementary works for the completion of the project;

4. That I will personally hire workers, laborers and foremen to do the proposed project
under my personal supervision and control with the help and guidance of my Engineers,
that I will also hire, to ensure a proper completion of the project;

5. That the said workers, laborers, foremen, and Engineers will be paid on a daily wage
basis;

6. That I execute this affidavit to attest to the truth of the foregoing facts and further to
inform the proper authorities concerned for all legal intents and purposes this may serve.
