    An organization with an ethical culture provides a culture that promotes ethical behavior among the
    members of the organization. Unethical behavior is any activity by a member of an organization that
    does not conform to the standards set by the culture of that organization.

    WHAT IS ETHICAL BUSINESS CULTURE?

    It goes beyond the employee handbook and the company's mission statement. A business culture is the
    method in which the company functions. The business culture can include how employees dress for
    work, how they interact with management and how they interact with customers and clients.

    WHAT IS AN EXAMPLE OF VALUES AND ETHICS?

    Ethical values are the ones we make ethical choices based on them, or they are the kind of values that
    have to do with being good or doing the right thing. There are many ethical values. Justice, honesty,
    empathy, compassion, respect and responsibility are the most important ones.

    An organization's ethical climate is important because it can improve employee morale, enrich
