the use of vacuum suction. This means that all ski models can be WINTERSTEIGER
tuned on the shuttle 3C regardless of top surface and width.

• Polishing Touch me! The shuttle 3C is operated using a colour monitor
with touch screen technology. The operator is guided through the
program by means of a user friendly program. Complete service
operations, as well as individual service components can be saved
here and called up again at any time. This means that exact struc-
tures can be reproduced at any time.
Loading and unloading. The shuttle 3C is loaded automatically
with up to 6 skis, there is no need for pre-sorting the skis accor-
ding to lengths and widths. All models of skis can be serviced no mat-
ter what top surface features they may have. The feed system inde-
pendently feeds the skis across the grinding unit a pre-determined
number of times then leads them to the unloading station.

Drying. By drying the skis, the shuttle 3C offers the best pre-
requisites for optimum wax application.
Tip and Tail De-Tuning. Rust and burrs are removed from the tip
and tail of the ski.
Hot waxing. Pre-heating the ski base enables better wax absorption
this proves the high functionality of the patented fleece process.
The constant movement of the waxing fleece guarantees a constant
and thus optimum application of wax.
Options
Emulsion mist filter. For a healthy workplace and a clean environment.
Service machines create emulsion mist in the workshop.
WINTERSTEIGER offers a filter system for this that filters the pollu-
tants out of the workshop air. This gives a healthy working environ-
ment for your employees.

The filtered emulsion is then fed back to the machine and thus
increases the service intervals.

Structure brushing. The excess wax is removed from the struc-
ture with the aid of the structure brush, exposing the stone ground
structure.
