Diesel filter

Removing procedure,
1.Remove the cap of air filter housing
2.take out primary element
3.Use less than 207kpa compressed air, along the element wrinkle direction, blow the element
from inside to outside, and clean the filter inner wall and housing.do not use tool to knock inner
wall and housing ,do not use oil or water to wash filter and element.

Replace procedure:
1. open drain switch
2. remove ‘fuel filter/water separator” from engine
3. smear oil on new seal
4. after the seal contact with support then tighten ¾ circle to
1 circle. ; Fuel

5. Before work should check “fuel filter/ water separator” separator
and drain water in time. 6.under the normal status ,should
replace this filter every 250h. Drain

Operating procedure,
1.Open the diesel tank cover and check
the O ring of diesel tank cover if it is
damaged.
2clean filter element.
Remove the drain oil bolt under the diesel tank to drain the impurity in the tank.
Operating procedure.
1.insert tension wheel with curved rod rotate clockwise to release belt
2 .take away belt from belt wheel

3. install new belt and loose belt tension device.

Operating procedure:
After engine shut down 5 minutes then pull dipstick to check the oil level which should be in the
middle of top line and bottom line.

Operating procedure:
1. Remove
Replace oil when engine is hot status. Safe caution
prevent to scald by hot oil ,Open engine oil drain plug
then drain oil

2. install
1.First smear oil on the seal before install filter
2.Install filter , after seal contacting with the support
,then use special tool tighten ¾ to 1 circle.
3.Release vent screw and press transfer pump to drain Smear
air of low pressure pipe and diesel filter , until the
diesel flowed from vent screw doesn’t have air , then oil
tighten drain oil plug.
3.filler
fill new oil, After engine shut down 5 minutes then
pull dipstick to check the oil level which should be in
the middle of top line and bottom line.
Check gear box hydraulic oil should keep machine be in idle speed status.
The oil level should be in the middle of center line and bottom line when the oil temperature is 40 centigrade.
The oil level should be in the middle of center line and top line when the oil temperature is 80 centigrade.

Operating procedure.

Note. when to replace oil must replace
filter together.
Operating procedure:
1.Remove drain oil cap and make the oil flow into
container.
2.Fill around 28L engine oil into the gear box ,the oil Drain oil cap
type is SAE15W-40.
2.Start engine and keep a few minutes in idle speed Filler cap
until the gear box arrive to a certain temperature , then
spin the dipstick to check if it is in standard scope.
Note. if replace gear box oil should change gear
box filter together.
Operating procedure.
1.Lay MG on the smooth ground.
2.Remove oil level plug and observe the oil
position , the lower bound is at a distance from the
oil hole bottom bus 8mm.
reminder . the position of oil hole at front and inside
of balance box.
Remove oil level plug and observe oil level position ,the lower position is at a distance
from oil level hole bottom bus 8mm.
Open oil cup cap and check brake fluid level and the level should be higher 20mm than filter
element .
Note. the brake fluid cup located in the side of engine door.
Pull link at the bottom of air accumulator and drain the water and contaminant in the air reservoir
then reset the link.
Note . the two air reservoir are located at the rear frame and under the engine.

Lay the machine on the smooth ground and shut down the engine then observe the hydraulic oil
level.

Note.
Make the turbine box is in horizontal
location when to check the oil level.
Sight glass
Operating procedure.
1.Remove drain plug and drain the gear oil.
2.after drain then clean the drain plug and
tighten.
3.Loose the filler plug and add gear oil to sight
glass ½ position.
4.Then clean the filler plug and tighten.
5.Start the machine and after operating circle
for 5 minutes then check the oil level if it is at
sight glass ½ position.

Note: the filler is located under the cab on the left side of the machine.

Fuse
It can protect electric system to damage due to circuit overload. If the fuse continue to be
damaged , need check circuit, resolve the troubleshooting then start the machine.
reverse alarm
It is located in the back of machine and lower corner of hydraulic fan.
Start machine and turn the shift control lever to reverse shift ,at this time reverse alarm need
alarm at once and continue until the shift control lever to neutral or forward gear.

Checking content.
1.Safety belt bracket
2.Safety belt lock
3 .whether the safety belt is damaged ,if
damaged , need replace immediately.
Note .
Before operating machine , must check safety belt , if find some damaged parts , must
replace then operate machine .
In the installation of three years as of the date to replace the safety belt.

5.Tighten (four ,five , six)bolts of following photo , ensure that the whole wear plate is located on
the lining plate of circle position.
1.Keep the circle 90 degree position with frame and down to ground , drive the machine slowly ,put
small load to plate of front circle and wear plate of circle and shut down engine.
2.Measure the clearance (X) between pinion bottom flange (10) and circle inner surface (1) ,if it is
smaller than 49.5~ 52.5mm, should adjust .
3.Loose the lining plate bolts (4)(5)(6)(11).
4.Perodiclly Adjust the lining plate on the front of circle, turn the bolt (12) to inside or outside ,make
the spacing be 49.5~52.5mm ,and adjust another circle lining plate.
Check
1.Keep blade 90 degree with frame and
then down to ground , when the load is
small between drawbar ball and bracket ,
at present rear the machine slowly and
shut down the machine and engine. cover(3)
2、at present measure the end clearance
between ball and cover , should be
0.6±0.2mm.

Adjust
Fix drawbar and circle
1.Remove the bolt on the drawbar(1),move back
drawbar or move front the machine.
2、remove the fixture bolt (7),and adapter(6) .
3、remove or install shim(4) ,make the end
clearance be 0.6±0.2mm;
4、tight drawbar adapter (6) and cover (3), with
bolt(7),rotate group ,should be free and smooth.
Replace
bolt(1)
1.Check the torque between drawbar and fixed bolt of
ball ,should be 500±65N·m;
2、install the drawbar on frame and then tighten bolt
(1) ,make the torque up to 950±50 N·m;
