NOTICE FOR USE
1.1 POWER SAFETY

Power supply: One-way AC 50Hz 220V AC (±10%). Machine maximum power: 2200W,
printing power: 100W.
Only the power supply type identified on the printer label can be used. Depending
on different countries and regions, customer can choose 110v or 220v AC power.
Connect all equipment to an appropriate grounded socket and avoid using sockets
that are frequently switched on and off. These switching equipments (e.g. photocopier
and air conditioning system) are in the same loop.
Avoid sockets controlled by wall switches or automatic timers.
Keep your computer system away from potential sources of electromagnetic
interference, such as loudspeakers or wireless phone stands.
Do not use damaged or broken power cord.
If additional power cord is used, the total amperage of the device into which the
additional power cord are inserted should not exceed the rated power supply
Amperage. Also, remember that the total amperage of all devices plugged into the wall
does not exceed the rated amperage of the wall outlet.
Do not attempt to repair the pictorial machine by yourself. If you encounter any
problems, please seek the pictorial machine maintenance technician in time.
For the safety of man and machine, please be sure to connect the ground wire,
specific requirements have installed personnel to inform.
Do not plug and remove the print line and power cord, otherwise it will cause damage
to the main board.

NOTICE FOR USE
1.2. OPERATION CAUTIONS

Always use the power switch to turn off the pictorial machine. (The power switch at the rear of the
right side of the pictorial machine) Before not cuting in the power supply of the machine, please do
not unplug the power plug or other related data cable.
Please do not put tools or other items on the printing platform or cover plate of the machine, so as
not to clean the machine timely before operation and cause unnecessary loss.
Before moving the pictorial machine, please make sure that your printing carriage is fixed in the
initial position.
When printing, be sure to use the paper card (anti warping sheet), in case of paper deviation,
scraping print head.
The machine must be watched while it is working. (There should be full-time operators).
Encoder strip should be checked frequently to see if it is clean and damaged. If it is dirty, cotton
sticks should be dipped in alcohol to clean it.
Guide rail should be checked frequently to see whether it is clean; It is recommended to spread butter
on the guide rail after using 1-2 months to (or parts lubricating oil Etc.) reduce the friction of the slider.
Do not let the print head leave the maintenance station for a long time to be exposed to the air.
Under abnormal shutdown state, Please do not manually pull the print car quickly, should be turned
on to let it automatically back to the warehouse.
Regular maintenance of the machine, reduce the effects of dust, ink and other factors on the machine.
Note: the machine must be connected to the ground wire; When the air is dry, the electrostatic
problem cannot be ignored. There is more electrostatic charge when using certain back glue and l
amps sheet medium(especially in the paper working speed is very fast); Electrostatic charge can
cause machine and board to be damaged. The only way to release the static electricity is to take the
grounding wire. Because the human body itself is a huge static power source, so in the electric
operation of the print head, make sure that your hands have been discharged (contact the grounding
metal body or wear the electrostatic removal bracelet), otherwise it is easy to cause main board and
print head damaged.

1.3. LOCATION OF THE INSTALLATION AND USE

OF ENVIRONMENT CONSIDERATIONS
Please make sure the pictorial machine is level and stable. If the pictorial machine tilts
or has a certain angle, the machine may not work properly.
Leave enough space around the pictorial machine to ensure proper ventilation.
Place the pictorial machine near a wall outlet so that it can be easily plugged in and out.
Avoid using pictorial machines in places where temperature and humidity are prone to
dramatic changes. Keep the printer away from sunlight, strong light or heat direct.
Operating temperature of pictorial machine: 18-26 degrees Celsius; Humidity: 38%-65%.
For optimal operation of the machine, please check that if the air conditioner and
hygrometer are configured.

The machine must be kept away from strongly interfering radiation sources.
1.4. THE INK IS PUT AND PRECAUTIONS FOR USE

Please keep the ink bottle out of reach of children. Do not let children drink the ink or
touch the ink tank
If ink sticks to skin, rinse with soap and water. If ink gets in your eyes, rinse immediately
with clean water.
Don't shake the ink bottle to avoid leaking the ink.
After the ink bottle is used for a period of time (usually two months), it should be
removed immediately for thorough cleaning and air drying to ensure the quality of
printing.
Ink should be stored in a cool place, away from direct sunlight.

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTION
2.1 MACHINE ASSEMBLY

Open the packing box of the machine, take out the machine parts inside, and assemble
them into the following picture:

The installations of foot rack :
1. Install the left and right foot under the left and right
iron feet and fix them with hexagon socket bolts (8-M5X
10). Casters with brake mounted

Note: Follow the direction of the arrow, as shown in the picture:
2. Then make the rod install between them, and fix them
with (hex socket bolt 22-M5X10), as shown in the picture:

3. Fix the fixing plate of the supporting part with the left and right iron feet and the left and right
foot (with the hexagon socket bolt 6-M5X10).
Then fix with the left and right ends of the supporting piece fixing plate (with the hexagon socket bolt
4-M6X25). Put the assembled paper receiver system module on the aluminum tube respectively, then
fix what you have put in (with a straight line handle 2-M5X25) to the left and right support parts, as
shown in the picture:
4. Fix the fan support pieces (8-M5X10 hex socket

bolts) on the left and right iron feet，and then put
the assembled Air drying apparatus (with inside
Hexagon bolts 8-M4x10) to the support pieces,
as shown in the picture:

5. Fix the support fixing plate with the left and right iron
feet and the left and right foot (with hexagon socket head
bolts 6-M5X10), and then with the left and right ends of
the support fixing plate (with hexagon socket head bolts
4-M6X25), put the assembled paper receiver system
module on the aluminum tube, and then fix it on the left
and right supports (with the straight handle 2-M5X25).
6. After installing the above steps, you can install the
mainbody on the left and right iron feet, then align the position
of the round hole and fix it (in the direction of the arrow) with
the hexagon socket head bolt 4-M5X10, as shown in the figure:
2.2 KEY BOARD INTRODUCTION
1. Left and right direction keys: move the carriage left and right in
standby mode, and scroll through items in menu mode.
2. Up and down direction keys: advance and retreat the print carrier
in standby mode, reduce or increase the number of menu items.
3. The exit key is to return to the previous menu in the case of the
menu, and it is to enter the debugging menu in the case of printing.
You can increase or decrease the bidirectional value and the step
value while printing during the printing process.
4. The enter key is the key to enter the main menu page.
5. In standby mode, press the right key to quickly enter the cleaning
menu.

2.3 INSTALLATION OF THE PRINT CARRIER

Pre-installation note: You can use a reel carrier. Make sure the paper is loaded straight without skewing.
Please note that the carrier should be parallel to the table. Be sure to load from behind. If the edge of
the roll-type print carrier is wrinkled or damaged, cut off the damaged portion before feeding the roll
to prevent the print carrier from getting stuck in the machine.
Before installing the print carrier, lift the platen handle on the right side of the front of the printer.
Move the pinch rollers away from the tabletop. Then install the roll body according to the steps 1, 2,
and 3 above, and then fix it. Once the cord reel carrier is inserted into the table top, it needs to be
pulled tight to ensure the carrier is parallel to the table top. At this time, the print carrier is stretched
and the platen roller is pressed down. As the picture 1 shows:

2.3.1 Distance between print head and print carrier

According to the thickness of different print carriers, the height of the print head seat can be adjusted.
The ideal spacing between the print head and the print carrier is 1.5mm. According to the flatness of
the print carrier, it can be adjusted appropriately to prevent the print head from wiping off the print
carrier and destroying the picture effect. However, the maximum distance is recommended not to
exceed 2mm. The adjustment method is: Loosen the 4 screws on the left and right side panels of
the print head fixing frame and the back panel of the trolley, and adjust the 2 M4X8 straight handle
screws on the top, so that the height of the trolley can be moved up and down; Tighten the left and
right side panels of the print head holder and the 4 screws on the back panel of the trolley. As the
picture 2, 3 shows:

2.4 PRECAUTIONS FOR INK INSTALLATION/USE

1. Keep ink out of the reach of children.
2. If ink gets into eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water.
3. Please use the supplied cleaning liquid to clean the ink head pipeline.
4. The ambient temperature for ink use is recommended to be between 18°C and 28°C.
5. Please store the ink in a cool, room temperature environment, avoid high temperature, low
temperature and sunlight.
6. Please use the ink bottle in time after opening, it is not suitable for long-term storage.
7. If it is found that the ink freezes at low temperature, let it be redissolved at room temperature for
several hours before use.
8. If ink gets on your hands or clothing, wash it off as soon as possible.
9. Do not try to parse the cartridge.
10. Ink is a chemical product. Please dispose of the used empty bottles, discarded ink cartridges and
waste ink properly to avoid environmental pollution. Before installing the ink, please clean all the pipes
with the cleaning liquid carry with you.
11. When installing the ink, please try not to pull the ink sac to reduce its wear and tear. Only use the
ink specified by the machine, please do not mix it with other brands of ink.
12. Do not shake the bottle when adding ink, add ink when the machine stops printing, and add ink
slowly to avoid bubbles. Put the ink into the ink cartridge holder, insert the ink tube into the ink bottle
in the rehearsal order according to the color code above, and screw on the cap, and then use the ink
absorber configured by the machine to cause the ink to come out of the ink sac, as shown in the figure:

2.4 PRECAUTIONS FOR INK INSTALLATION/USE

Matters needing attention:
1. When the machine is working, do not screw the cap on the ink bottle to death; when the machine is
working, the ink in the ink bottle will decrease. Tightening the cap will reduce the air pressure in the ink
bottle, which will suck the ink from the ink sac back into the ink bottle.
2. When sucking ink into the ink sac, please inhale slowly with appropriate force to avoid damage to
the ink sac.

OPERATION INSTRUCTIONS
3.1 POWER ON
1. Power on, press the switch key to

the "-" state as shown in the figure
below.
2. Shut down, directly pull the switch

to the "O" position.
3.2 HOW TO USE THE CALIBRATION TOOL

3.2.1 Set IP for PC

Double-click the Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IP) to open the following interface
3.2.2 Set the calibration tool IP

Double click to open the calibration tool
Click the "Set IP Address" button and enter the five-digit
number 16753 in the pop-up password box. Change the
printer IP to: 196.12.0.25; the local IP to: 196.12.0.188.
The local IP address is the default address of the board.
If a user-defined IP address has been set in the control
panel, the local IP address will be changed accordingly to
a custom IP address. After entering the printer IP and the
local IP, click the "Apply" button, plug in the Internet cable
to connect the computer and the board, click the "Connect" button, and you can use the calibration software to set
parameters and operations.

1. Voltage type:choose Std,default setting.
2. Voltage adjust: Adjust the head voltage, if spray ink weak or spray out,can
adjust higher this value;if head loose ink or color too thickness, can adjust lower this
value.Normally between 460-580,standard is 512.
3. Color: Sequence from left to right as figure KKCCMMYY, this sequence can
adjust,but if adjust sequence here, also need to swap the damper same as here.
4. Channel allocation: there are three kinds of configuration of A single color:
White + 4 CMYK plus 4 B single white ink; 6 color + white white ink: KCMYcm 2;
C double 4 color: KKCCMMYY no white ink. According to customer needs to adjust
the configuration.
