Declaration

This manual is a description of AccTek CNC Router. Please read

this document carefully before use. The installation and use of the

equipment should be carried out in strict accordance with the

instructions in this manual. Otherwise the machine may not work

properly, performance will be poor, lifetime will get shorten,

maintenance cost will increase, or the machine will even get damaged.

We hope that each customer understands these instructions and use it

for proper installation and start. However if you meet any problem

during set up, feel free to contact our technician and customer service

team. For a quick answer please provide us a photo of the machine

nameplate.
User Instructions of CNC router
In order to ensure the progress of the equipment installation, debugging, please
prepare according to the following requirements.

Environmental requirements
1. Work environment should be relatively independent, recommend indoor and
dust proofed.
2. The floor should be solid hard and leveled to ensure the machine stable while
processing.

Power requirements
1. Equipped with high voltage line, need to use thick copper cable which at least
6Sq.mm. Three phase AC input to the machine should be able take over more than
5KW.

circuit breaker

2. Grounding the machine properly for safety, machine have a PE barrier terminal
block for all electrical components grounding.

3. Equipped with stabilized voltage supply during high circuit fluctuation, the
voltage shouldn’t be higher than 400 volts.

4. Use 32A current circuit breaker (if machine with dust collector and vacuum pump
then need bigger ones )
Machine set ups
An electrician must be read and understand the electrical schematics prior for
connecting the machine to local power system. Connecting the wrong voltage power
will void he warranty. Place all switches in off position before connecting power.
Always lock the machine disconnect switch in the off position if the machine is left
unattended. When the machine is installed, be sure that all motors rotate in the
correct direction.

Machine placed : unload the machine from the crate and place it as the picture
showed, control box on the left side, then adjust the level of the machine body.

Machine power connections: use 6 sq.mm copper wire connect the main barrier
terminal block to the circuit breaker.
Note: please make sure the voltage is correct , otherwise it will burn the machine
parts. Please use the volt meter check as below:
Vacuum pump connection:Connect 3 live lines only, no neutral line.

Water pump: 220V input voltage, and it needs to be completely submerged under
water to prevent dry burning.

Mach3 system Fast Start

Software install and set up: Find the USB flash drive in the white tool
box and follow the video steps
1.Ran the installation file Mach3Version3.043.066
2.Unzip the backup file “mach3”, and copy all the contents to new
installed mach3 folder and cover the same files.

Connection: For making contact between machine and computer, it

request the Ethernet adapter IPV4 on 192.168.1.88

Find the Ethernet cable in the white tool box, connect it from mach3 card to
computer port, then start the machine.

Jog the machine by keyboard

How to use the CNC

All axis return to machine origin:

Click REF ALL HOME command machine back to home position which is XY goes to
left bottom corner and Z goes up, if any of the axis goes to wrong direction, pls stop
the machine and check last page step 5, find correct backup file in the USB drive.
Machine should ref all home on every machine start to prevent it loose coordinates.

Install a cutter:
Put the required type collet into the tool holder and fix it tight by using the
spanner(all included in the white tool box)

Measure tool length by using the probe:

M941 is the probe code, MDI mode command M941
It will go to probe measure current tool in spindle.
Please noted, it’s necessary to measure all needed tools before start the program.
If a program need to use T1T2T3, then it should measure T1T2T3 in advance, you
will see the tool offset records here in this plugin control page.
In this page OUT7 controls tool release /clamp, OUT6 controls dust hood up/down

Set working piece origin:

After probe all tools, then change to the first tool in program, say if T1 is the first one
appears in the program then move T1 tool tip onto the material surface(start point)
then click Zero XYZ. Lift Z up after zero, then start program.

FYI: Press “Tab” on the keyboard to bring out Jog Mode page and click it switch to
step mode to slowly jog Zaxis to adjust tool tip touch the workpiece surface.
Machine Coord’s is to switch the display of machine coordinate and workpiece
coordinate, it displays machine coordinate when it’s in red.
Fix the workpiece
With vacuum table, turn the switch on and seal the workpiece area by the strips.
Video guide from 4:08 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-UDvHID9d0I
With Tslot table, please find the clamping fixture tool in the white tool box.

Load G code file

Mach3 supports nc./mmg./tap./cnc. and other kinds format g code.
Press Cycle Start to start processing.

Tips

1. Safety
Safety glasses and hearing protection should be worn at all times while operating
the machine.
2. Testing
When testing new processes or when learning new functions of the machine, use
the following 2 procedures.
2.1 Insert a pen into the end of the spindle and run the file on a piece of
paper.Disable the spindle or the pen will spin.
2.2 Set an imaginary surface above the material to zero XYZ, high enough that the
spindle will able to move up and down but would not touch the material.
3.Cleaning and Maintenance
AccTek CNC machines will produce consistent accurate work as long as it maintained
properly as below.
3.1 Keep it clean. Using shop vacuum and compressed air, remove the workpiece
chips and dust on the machine. Pay special attention to the gear rack and bearing
rails.
3.2 Lubricating all of the bearings at least twice a month. This is based on an 8 hours
work day. Lubricating the bearings more frequently if the hours are more than 8 a
day.
3.3 Ensure the cooling water is clean and water pump is submerged by water during
long time continuously operation. If working environment temperature is too high
please change the cooling water frequently than normal or use coolant. If
temperature is too low in winter use antifreeze instead of water.
3.4 In winter time if temperature is too low, please use gasoline to clean the lead
screw and guide rail part first, then use lubrication.

Any questions please feel free to contact any one of the following
technicians ,For a quick answer, you’d better tell us the series number and a photo
of your machine.
