4114 resident of Outhouse of Bunglow No. 34, BLW officer’s colony, Varanasi, do hereby
declare that I am completely aware that by engaging as attendant in lieu of TADK at BLW for
officers under above referred contract agreement, there shall be no relationship created
between me and the Railway. I and my family members shall not be eligible or entitled for any
medical or pass or any other facilities from Railway.
