Important Instructions
Students are instructed to Paste their Passport Size Photograph in the Admit Card, otherwise they will Not Be Allowed to appear for the exam. It is Compulsory for students to
carry the Admit Card during the examination. Admit Card is to be shown, as and when asked by the invigilators or any admin staff.
Without a Proper Admit Card, I-Card and College Uniform, the student will not be allowed to appear for the exam.
Using Unfair Means or Any Act of Indiscipline will straightaway lead to the Suspension of the student.
Students are advised not to carry Mobile Phones during the exam. Even if, because of some emergency, one needs to carry a Mobile Phone, he/she needs to keep it in
Completely Switched-Off Mode in the college. If any student’s Mobile Phone is found in ‘Switched-on’ mode during the exam, the mobile phone will be seized and a penalty of
500/- Rs. will be imposed on the student.
It is to be noted that during the exam, students are not allowed to carry their Mobile Phone inside the Examination Hall and if they keep the mobile outside the examination
room and it gets lost, the college will not be responsible for it.
Entry in the Examination Hall will be closed, before 10 Minutes of the commencement of the Exam. Students are instructed to report timely in the examination hall. Late entry
will not be allowed.
Students will not be allowed to leave the class for an hour after the commencement of the exam. After only an hour they can handover the paper and can go back home.
Due to any reasons, if anyone misses the examination, Any Reappear Exam will not be Conducted. The Marks, obtained through Internal Examination, Internal Assessments,
PPT Presentation, Project, Monthly Assessment & Revision Quiz, Unit Tests, Assignments, Practical, Viva—voce and Attendance etc. will reflect in the marks sent to university by
the college.
If any student is found using unfair means in the exam, he/she will be suspended from the exam.
If any student is found with the Chits or Using his Mobile Phone for cheating purpose, he/she will be expelled from the exam immediately and his paper will be canceled, and
he/she will be given ‘0’ marks in that paper.
