Terms and Conditions

1 The above prices are exclusive of VAT.
2 Delays / Standby time / Waiting /Badging and induction time charged at relevant technician rates.
Payments must be made strictly 30 days after invoice and is on a progressive invoicing system as per project, interest of 2.5% per month will be charged and the client will be liable for any

legal / collection costs that will be incurred.
4 An order number must be provided prior to the mobilization of technician.
5 This quotation id valid for 30 days and is subjected to Fermions technologies standard terms and conditions.

6 Normal working hours are from 8am till 5pm, work after these hours shall be deemed overtime and charged according to government gazette rates of 1.5 and 2 times rate.

7 Working over weekends shall also adhere to SA laws and be charged accordingly.

Client Responsibility
1 Scaffolding / ladders /lighting/ 220 v Power.
NDT Requests with relevant information pertaining to project, acceptance spec, codes, welders stamp, material grade, weld number, weld map, etc.

3 Marking up all weld numbers and line number on pipes .
4 For surface testing please ensure that all areas to be tested are removed of paint/oil and surface irregularities before the test is performed.
5 Safety watch if required.
6 Inductions, permits and badging onsite, Visas are clients cost and accommodation including food (if work is outside SA borders or Technician on an extended stay) shall be on clients cost.
7 Vehicle access onto site.
8 Additional HSE & Training required shall be charged accordingly.

Please note the above prices are for a min 4 hr. call out and on Air receivers only, if Boilers / steam generators are to be tested the hourly rates shall remain the same however the
hours of work shall change and consumables used for the job. This shall be reflected on final invoice.
