meaningful result.

A piece of equipment/hardware which helps us enter data into a computer is called an input
device.

3. What is output device?

A piece of equipment/hardware which gives out the result of the entered input, once it is
processed (i.e. converts data from machine language to a human-understandable language), is
called an output device. For example printer, monitor, etc.

Hardware is the physical components of a computer, such as the motherboard, processor,

5. What is software?

Software is a collection of programs and data that tell a computer how to perform specific
tasks.

Application software is a computer program created to help us do different things on
our devices.
