touch. Your skin can tell many things about your surroundings, so
it is important to keep your skin healthy. In this module you will
know how to keep your skin healthy.

Keep your skin healthy and free from itches or boils. Do the
following:

Take a bath regularly and always wash your


skin with clean water.

Use clean and soft towel to dry your skin.

Scratching your skin may cause irritation.


Apply anti-itch lotion or powder to itchy skin.

Do not stay too long under the sun.

Eat plenty of fruits and vegetables to make
your skin healthy.

Drink plenty of water.

See a dermatologist (a doctor who treats skin


problems or diseases) for serious skin problems.
