learned during this briefly course, negotiation is a skill that people tend to develop along
their life, in fact, it is involved in a lot of situations that we must face in or daily activities
that goes from personal situations such as the relationship with friends and family, school or
even job. According to this course, we must understand its core fundamentals, so we can
learn some negotiation tactics and how they can become a tool for future circumstances
businesspeople tend to face. As said before, negotiation is not an innate skill, but in fact, an
acquirable expertise that can be develop with experience, practice, research and with the
pass of the years. Negotiation becomes one of the cornerstones of any manager in business
life, because it will help them reach their personal goals.
Globalization had lead negotiation became more complex and uncertain, hence,
international negotiations are constantly changing and improving for the countries that are
involved. It is why planning and gathering relevant information about a country and its
practices and social behaviors is a necessary step to understanding how to direct the
agreement, and also help us differentiate between countries styles of doing business.

When analyzing the news in detail, I was able to notice that in each one of
them there was a deficit of settlement behind when negotiating, or that
errors could also be fixed by negotiating, which means that this matter
helps to be able to precisely fix those deficits that we As international
business students we can notice that it also leads to a better strategic
analysis.
In the previously presented magazine we were able to see four very relevant
topics today, such as: The Industry 4.0, Conflict and Dispute Resolution,
International Negotiation, Real Estate Negotiation and Environment and
Sustainability. All the aforementioned topics are key points to learn about
when making any type of negotiation, you must have knowledge of these
topics as well, so I came to the conclusion that this magazine was made for
that purpose. Realizing that all the key points could occur at any time, in
any negotiation scenario, and the point of learning during the semester has
been precisely being able to negotiate correctly.

Finally, after we have finished the final project, I have realized the huge importance of this
subject financial statements analysis, due to its complexity and great usage within a
company or even for personal uses. Thus, finance plays a tremendous role when performing
a decision making, and this indeed, is the main difference between accounting, because it
can demonstrate the present value of it and future as well, just by comprehending and
understanding its proper numbers, that it is collected through an accountant or by any
economist's support. Also, this project has focused on performance, and therefore, its
proper analysis.
One of the most common calculations is the ratio analysis formulas. These are ratios that
help with any related matter regarding current numbers of the company, just as all
calculated through the balance statement, income statement and cash flow statement as
well, that as we know, these statements are determined at a specific point in time, and they
show a registration of all the company's performance through its main core operations,
therefore, the first one concerns all company ́s owns, capital and debts; the second, the
profits of gain or losses obtained; and finally, the current flow of money that the company
has put on work. These ratios support manager ́s execution at the decision making, either
maybe to invest the gains obtained from the period or just to purchase new machinery that
might in the future conduct a greater quantity of goods sold, both cases require an
accurate analysis that those ratios could bring. There are four types that illustrate the
profitability, the debt, the liquidity and the activity, everyone acts at a determined specialty,
therefore, if a manager is concerned over the current solvency the company could face to a
certain actual debt, he or she should look at the liquidity ratios, showing the level or
percentage the company's ability to it. That has shown a great level to face current debt.
Also, any company could have support from short funds just by adjusting its collection
period and policies, getting funds but at little interest rates, and also investing in the fourth
digital era, and by applying automatization.

Negotiation skills can help you achieve your goals and get the job done in
an environment or within a team where people have different ideas,
opinions and priorities. Fostering this ability can help you build better
relationships with managers and coworkers, avoid conflict, and work
toward better solutions.
The topics that were addressed in the magazine are current and relevant
to the subject in the future, many of these topics are not very popular but
they will be soon with the globalization. The globalization of the economy
leads to an increase in the presence of companies in international
markets, thus creating another scenario for growth. Global trends
indicate the establishment of a new order for business. people is afraid
of the things that they dont know thats why workers are often intimidated
by negotiation and often believe that negotiation means confrontation.
One of the tips to keep in mind is that instead of going into a negotiation
with the intention of winning, focus on finding a solution that works for
both parties.
The importance of negotiation in our lives is undeniable. A good or bad
negotiation can lead to success or failure.

personally learned that the negotiation doesnt just happens in
a formal setting It can also happen in your home or with
friends, the diferent tactics of negotiation are a basic skill that
Is important to learn because not only It Will push us forward
un our profesional life but It also gives you the hability to better
comunícate with those around you, learn to comunicate in an
enviroment with people of diferent opinions.
Negotiation skills not only allow you to comunicate better but
also to read people ando based in their body language, tone
of voice, choise of words, etc, be able to detect their moods,
whats they think of your proposal,etc.
Negotiation also allows you better reach common ground with
other parties, learn their needs, whats they aré looking for, and
their must haves, based in this the partes will reach common
ground and arrive to an agreement.
