CONDITIONS:
➢ Contracting Service of tour must be made 5 months before the apprenticeship.
➢ Students shall pay amounting to Seventeen Thousand Pesos Only (Php.17, 000.00) as
reservation fee to get the Accommodation Slot in the Vessel, Hotel Accommodation, Bus &
Insurance upon confirmation a month before the trip.
➢ List of participants with B-day, Beneficiaries & Sizes of T- shirt shall be given to the agency upon
paying of the reservation fee.
➢ Tour Operator has the right to make alterations to the itineraries as maybe deemed necessary
through unavoidable circumstances.
