BUS PASS MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

Abstract:
Bus Pass Management System is a web application that
will manage the record of bus passes which is issued by
RTC/Bus Pass Management. By sending our details it will
generate and update the bus passes and it will take less time
in a systematic manner.
By using this application we will decrease the errors
mostly caused by the humans. It reduces the paper
work ,time consumption and makes the process of getting
bus pass in simple and faster way. User needs to register with
the application by submitting their details through online. If
we loss the bus pass then we get same bus pass in online
while entering our unique user_id. It is easy to update the
bus pass.
Before this application paper work and manual power
is used for generating a bus pass. It will take more time

Bus Pass Management System is web based technology

to travel daily. Bus Pass Management System is helpful to
reducing the paper work, time consumption and make a
process of getting bus pass as a simple and fast. This
application allows user to register on bus pass website to
generate and update the bus pass automatically. If we loss
our Bus pass then we get same bus pass while entering our
user_id.
In olden days ever process can be done by manually, but
this application helps us to do work more easy and fast.
Existing System Disadvantages:
 Lot of paper work required.

Proposed System Advantages:

 Bus Pass Management System will save our time and
renewal bus passes without standing in a line for hour
near bus pass counters.
 It con find all the bus pass related information online
without going to the bus station.
 If we loss our Bus Pass we get the same bus pass using
user_id.
 The payment can be done in the online.
