and that we only know when we feel it. Many have that hectic life, with no time to exercise,
with poor quality of sleep, poor food, no time for a simple rest, just running to work and
coming back with a head boiling because of the stresses of work. Our body begins to give
signals when anguish, fatigue, the urge to cry, or easily boredom, etc. This is the lifestyle of
those who live with burnout. Life seems to be no longer fun and everything normally loses its
vigor and shine. Burnout is a spectrum, and most of us are on it. We live in this frenzy.

The personality of those who live with burnout is often similar only to an overloaded person.
Sometimes you feel enthusiastic, full of creativity, satisfied with your goals and good results,
but however all these feelings also give you deep stress, tiredness that doesn't go away and a
feeling of endless pressure. There are several challenges and innumerable characteristics of
those who live with the burnout syndrome, as they are pressured from all sides and without a
fixed schedule for anything, such as eating, sleeping, being with the family, etc. It is in this
context of this personality that burnout develops and grows. There are some signs that the
