eQVista – Integration with PLC / DCS / SCADA
systems
eQVista can be integrated with existing plant PLC, DCS or SCADA
systems using multiple methods such as OPC client, web services or
using a custom interface. Even plant alarms/events can be collected
and by appropriately applying business logic data filtering can be
done and the filtered data could be visualized using the web interface,
sent as SMS messages or emails to selected users. Also the data can
be visualized using mobile devices and smart phones.
eQVista – Data Capture
Even though most of the plants are highly automated, still certain
parameters may be manually logged by the operators. These
parameters could be later input in the ERP or MES applications.
eQVista solution supports data capture using multiple methods like
Manual data entry, Barcode scanning, RFID scanning etc. This data
can be seamlessly integrated with the backend system in real time.
eQVista – Data Visualization
Authorized users can access the real time parameters, alarms and
events as well as historical data on the fly from anywhere using
Smart Phones and Tablet devices.
eQVista – SMS and Email Notifications
eQVista framework supports a powerful SMS and Email based
messaging engine. The system can be configured to generate SMS
and Email notifications / messages on occurrence of Alarms, Events
or pre-configured application events.
XCELsignage – Display of Process Data
High resolution monitors with LARGE screens are increasingly being
used in Factory floors, Process Plants and other industries.
eSUNTech is offering a low cost and very powerful display solution
which can be integrated with the eQVista system. Authorized users
will be able to dynamically change the contents using their smart
phones.
The interesting fact about XCELsignage is, it uses a state of the tiny
embedded computer resembling a USB memory stick. This
embedded computer runs Android OS and has built in WLAN. Once it
is connected to a HDMI monitor, it becomes a full fledged Signage
system. It completely eliminates the need for connecting cables. The
contents to be displayed in the monitor are managed from the web
based system.

Fully web based Java/J2EE server application, easy to
install, learn and operate. Server software can be hosted
on Windows, Linux, Solaris, Unix and AIX environments.
Supports Databases such as DB2, Oracle, SQL Server,
MySQL etc.

data visualization and data entry. Mobile devices can

Web Application
eQVista server application is a Java/J2EE based web application and can be deployed in servers running OS like Windows
2003/2008, Linux, Solaris and IBM AIX. J2EE Application Servers such as IBM WebSphere, Oracle, WebLogic and JBOSS are
supported. The system supports databases such as IBM DB2, Oracle 10g/11g, MySQL 5.1, SQL Server 2005/2008, Sybase and
others. In addition to this web based application
iMAF Middleware
This middleware take care of the data communication between the eQVista server and all mobile users. It also manages sending
the SMS and email notifications to various users.
Mobile Application
eQVista mobile application can be offered for Windows Mobile devices, Android and iPhones as well as Tablet devices.
