 Employee will click on ‘eLetters’ tile in MyZone home Page

❑ Click on eLetters tile on the MyZone home page.

 ID Card Generation

❑ Click on ID Card Generation

link.

Sensitivity : This document is Classified as “LNT Internal Use”.

 ID Card Generation

❑ Post clicking on ID Card

Generation link, click on
“New ID Card Request”.

❑ System will display all your

basic details in a new pop-up
window. Verify the below
details to generate the ID
card request.

❑ If photo is already available in

MyZone, it will fetch the
same, else the employee will
have to upload the photo.

Sensitivity : This document is Classified as “LNT Internal Use”.

 ID Card Generation

❑ Finally, click on “Initiate ID Card Request”.

❑ The ID request will be sent for approval.
Once the concerned HR approves your ID
card request, it will be sent for printing.
❑ To view the status or to find the approver
list, click on icons shown.
❑ Once your ID card is printed & handed
over to you, you will not be able to re-
generate a new request within 3 years
from the date of PA HR approval.
❑ In case you want your ID card to be re-
issued, please contact your IC HR, for re-
generating your ID card request (Charges
may apply)

 Bonafide Letter

❑ Click on “Bonafide Letter”.

❑ To initiate a new request, select bonafide letter type

from the picklist and click on “Initiate Request”.

Sensitivity : This document is Classified as “LNT Internal Use”.

 Bonafide Letter

❑ Once Bonafide letter is successfully generated click on

the View PDF icon as seen in the screenshot.
❑ On clicking the view pdf icon, Bonafide letter will open in
a new window as shown below.
❑ The below three type of letters will require an approval
from your DH prior to printing the Bonafide letter:
✓ Management Programme
✓ Part time degree
✓ Visa
❑ These letter types require additional details like “From
Date” and “To Date”.
❑ Once your DH approves the request, it will flow to the
concerned IC HR for approval. Employee can contact the
IC HR to get the letter signed by HR Head with seal.
