"Hello, everyone! I'm thrilled to be here today for this video interview.

My name is Alfadion Rizki

Ramadhan, and I'm a recent graduate with a strong passion for Psychology concern on the Human
resources field. I have first experience on a people and development internship helping with
administration related to entering employee training attendance data, and also entering data on
software needs from each section, and I had the opportunity to assist in finding vendors for training
related to health and several other work safety related to fire fighting, technical related to
electricity, height, and also training on English language training.

I have also a second experience as an intern at PT Gold's Gym, I had the opportunity to work closely
with a talented team, where I was able to apply my recruitment theoretical knowledge to real-world
situations. I was involved in Recruitment and assisted also organizing recruitment from start to
finish. Which not only enhanced my technical abilities but also taught me the importance of
collaboration, adaptability, and problem-solving.

I believe that both of my internship experiences have prepared me well for the challenges and
opportunities that lie ahead. I'm excited to share more about my background, skills, and aspirations
