Stocks is a form of equity instrument or raising money by allowing investors to be part owners of the company.
Bonds is a form of debt instrument or raising of money by borrowing from investors.
Market Value-current price of a stock at which it can be sold.
Par Value-the per share amount as stated on the company certificate.
PERFORMANCE TASK:
Directions: Learners will be divided into two groups. Allow them to differentiate stocks and bonds based on their own
choice of activity.
