    TEACHER CONTRACT LETTER

    Dear Ruohan,

    I am pleased to offer you full-time employment with Alpaca Education as a PTE Teacher. Your terms
    and conditions of employment are attached in a separate employment contract, for you to review
    and sign, accordingly.

    The attachments to this letter include information regarding your position, remuneration, general
    requirements and conditions of employment. Any questions regarding the employment, contact
    James via 0484 639 915.

    Should you wish to accept this employment offer on the terms set out in this letter and its
    corresponding attachments, please return the attached copy of this letter together with a signed
    copy of the attachments to the corresponding head of department. Please remember to retain a
    copy of the documents for your personal records.

    Thank you and we look forward to having you on our teaching staff.
