II TYPE: condition – now, the result – future (IF + past simple, would ….)
(imaginary for present)
If I were you, I would buy some smart gadjet such as google speaker.
If I didn’t drink, Life would be more difficult.
If I didn’t have kinds, I would have a clean flat.
III TYPE: condition – past, the result – past (IF + past perfect, would have done)
(unreal for past)
If I hadn’t drunk last night, I wouldn’t have had headache.
If I had told her the truth, she wouldn’t have argued with me.
If I had saved more money, I would have bought the flat next to mine.
