The DOTr Resettlement Implementation Coordinator-Project Management Office (DOTr-RIC

PMO) conducted a three-day Relocation and Resettlement Action Plan (RRAP) Workshop for
participants from Local Inter-Agency Committee (LIAC) of Pasig City. This event took place from
August 16-18, 2023 in Bayfront Hotel, Subic.
The activity aims to develop a comprehensive plan and budget to undertake the identification of
gaps and the necessary interventions to guarantee the provision of adequate housing, basic
social services, and facilities in the resettlement sites and draft of a detailed RRAP containing
the identified interventions in terms of policy, program, funding and implementing mechanisms.
The DHSUD, in the exercise of its Resettlement Implementation Coordinator (RIC) functions,
has been providing overall policy direction and supervision on the relocation and resettlement
activities undertaken by implementing agencies and key shelter agencies of DOTr Railway
Projects.
The activity was spearheaded by the OIC-Project Director of DOTr-RIC PMO Mary Ann F.
Policarpio jointly by DHSUD-NCR OIC-Director Atty. Norman Jacinto P. Doral and attended by
representative from various National Agencies such as Department of Transportation (DOTr),
National Housing Authority (NHA), Department of Public Works and Highway (DPWH),
Philippine National Police (PNP) and representative from Local Government of Pasig City led by
Mr. Ricardo Reyes of Pasig Urban Settlement Office (PUSO)
