JUSTIFICATION

This justification is hereby issued for the conduct of the 1 st Local Inter-Agency
Committee (LIAC) meeting covering all DOTr Railways Projects in Manila City on April
2, 2024 by the DOTr Resettlement Implementation Coordinator-Project Management
Office (RIC-PMO), to change on April 22, 2024, the change of schedule of the said
activity due to the conflict of schedule of the LIAC members and other partner
agencies. Participants of the scheduled activity are from other National Government
Agencies (NGAs) and need to be fully coordinated and agreed upon by the
Committee.
In line with this, it is respectfully recommended the provision of meals to ensure that
the RIC-PMO is well-represented in the exercise of its functions, particularly in
strengthening inter-agency efforts and collaboration in the essence of public service
delivery.
