Project Pitch

BY LUCA WALKER
I have currently came up with five different concepts, and
will be sharing them today
Temp title: The Man
who Feared God

This is a film that interprets a man who

has a deep fear about his inability to
understand God, and what they truly are.

It will be a very arthouse film, that strays

away from having a grounded story, taking
inspiration from many different things,
such as religious imagery, Lovecraftion
horror, and the fear of the unknown.
The inability to tell
dreams from reality

This is an idea that revolves around

dreaming, and a person phasing in and
out of his mind, unable to tell.

The inspiration for this film are film

interpretation of concepts such as
insomnia and lucid dreams.
Desent into
madness
This film is one inspired by analog
horror. The premise involves a normal
story, that slowly derails, becoming
more and more unnerving.

Inspirations for this are, of course

analog horror, as well as uncanny
valley and subliminal messaging.
Mandela effect
This is a film revolving around the
concept of the mandela effect, a horror
were there is no evidence of a persons
friend ever existing.

For research, I’d look more into the

mandela effect, as well as similar ideas,
like deja vu.
The conflict between
father and son

This is a film that focuses on

looking at the relationship
between a delinquent son, and
his older father.

This film takes inspiration from

family dramas, as well as more
serious crime drams, like The
Irishman
I have chose this idea as
my fmp choice, and plan
to do research in multiple
ways
These are some of my current main points of
research
Look at variety of phobias and
Asking questions to the public,
mental illness that link to this
as well as proffesionals in
genre, such as Xenophobia (the
related fields
fear of the unknown)

Researching more traditional
