This is a film that interprets a man who
has a deep fear about his inability to understand God, and what they truly are.
It will be a very arthouse film, that strays
away from having a grounded story, taking inspiration from many different things, such as religious imagery, Lovecraftion horror, and the fear of the unknown. The inability to tell dreams from reality
This is an idea that revolves around
dreaming, and a person phasing in and out of his mind, unable to tell.
The inspiration for this film are film
interpretation of concepts such as insomnia and lucid dreams. Desent into madness This film is one inspired by analog horror. The premise involves a normal story, that slowly derails, becoming more and more unnerving.
Inspirations for this are, of course
analog horror, as well as uncanny valley and subliminal messaging. Mandela effect This is a film revolving around the concept of the mandela effect, a horror were there is no evidence of a persons friend ever existing.
For research, I’d look more into the
mandela effect, as well as similar ideas, like deja vu. The conflict between father and son
This is a film that focuses on
looking at the relationship between a delinquent son, and his older father.
This film takes inspiration from
family dramas, as well as more serious crime drams, like The Irishman I have chose this idea as my fmp choice, and plan to do research in multiple ways These are some of my current main points of research Look at variety of phobias and Asking questions to the public, mental illness that link to this as well as proffesionals in genre, such as Xenophobia (the related fields fear of the unknown)
