Dear Mike,

I refer to our conversation and thank you for your enquiry for the hire of plant. Plant is hired in
terms of CPHA terms and conditions.

Prices are based on a minimum of 9 hours per day, which must be signed for on the SPH Plant
Hire Time Sheet daily. 50% is charged for inclement weather and 100% for idle time. Breakdown
hours are not charged.

Our rates exclude, G.E.T, punctures, transport, and VAT. All G.E.T and Tyre repairs will be for
your own account.

All plant quoted are subject to availability.

All SPH Plant Hire Equipment are fitted with STANDARD MINE specifications, fire extinguisher,
reverse hooter, stop blocks and rotating lights. Any additional mining requirements pertaining to
the machines and support vehicles like reverse mounted cameras, fire suppression system, lock
out switch, diesel spill system etc. is to be facilitated by the Hirer.

PAYMENT TERMS:

Invoices: presentation of invoice.
