    The transportation sector faces a number of problems and challenges. However, some of the
    most common and major problems affecting the transportation sector globally include: 1.
    Traffic congestion: The increase in the number of vehicles on the roads and lack of investment
    in road infrastructure can lead to traffic congestion, resulting in delays, increased operating
    costs and reduced transportation efficiency.
