Please note that only vaccination certificates issued in the countries/regions under Singapore's
Vaccinated Travel Lane (VTL) arrangement can be accepted for travel on VTL flights. Travellers holding
vaccination certificates issued in non-VTL countries/regions will not be allowed to board VTL flights.
Proofs of Vaccination issued in
SINGAPORE

The following proof of vaccination issued in Singapore will be recognised:

• Vaccination status on TraceTogether or HealthHub app; or
• Vaccination certificate issued by the Singapore Ministry of Health

Travellers who have only received one dose of the two-dose vaccines due to
having recovered from an earlier Covid-19 infection, must also present one of the
following proof of recovery:
• Discharge memo issued in Singapore
• EU DCC Certificate of Recovery issued in Europe (View sample)
• National Health Service (“NHS”) COVID Pass of recovery issued in the United
Kingdom (View sample)

• SMART Health Cards (SHC) issued by any Canadian province.

All travellers holding proof of vaccination issued in Canada must complete the full
regimen of WHO EUL Covid-19 Vaccines. This applies to travellers who have had
recovered from an earlier Covid-19 infection.

The following proof of vaccination issued in Europe will be recognised:

• EU Digital Covid-19 Certificate (EU DCC) of vaccination.

Only one certificate showing the final dose must be issued by EU DCC of
vaccination by the following EU countries can be accepted: Denmark,
France, Germany, Italy, The Netherlands, Spain and Switzerland

For entry into Singapore from 28 Nov 2021, 1559hrs, GMT:

Finland and Sweden

Travellers who have only received one dose of the two-dose vaccines due to
having recovered from an earlier Covid-19 infection, must also present one of the
following proof of recovery:
• Discharge memo issued in Singapore (View sample)
• EU DCC Certificate of Recovery issued in Europe
• National Health Service (“NHS”) COVID Pass of recovery issued in the United

• Northern Ireland COVID certificate issued by Health and Social Care (HSC) in
Northern Ireland (e.g. found on the COVIDCert Northern Ireland (“NI”)) app. One
QR code/certificate per dose.

Travellers who have only received one dose of the two-dose vaccines due to
having recovered from an earlier Covid-19 infection, must also present one of the
following proof of recovery:

The following proofs of vaccination issued in the United States will be recognised:
• SMART Health Cards (SHC) issued by:
i. CommonTrust Network issuers (listed here and here); or
ii. Vaccination Credential Initiative issuers
• Digital vaccination record retrieved from the public health database of the state
or the local health authority
• Physical vaccination record and a letter signed by the state, local health authority
or vaccination provider to attest to passenger’s vaccination status. The
attestation letter should contain:
i. the passenger’s name and at least one other personal identifier such as
the date of birth or passport number corresponding exactly with the
information in the passenger’s passport used for entry into Singapore
ii. the name of the vaccine administered for each dose; and
iii. the date when each dose was administered.

All travellers holding a proof of vaccination issued in the United States must
complete the full regimen of WHO EUL Covid-19 Vaccines. This applies to
travellers who have had recovered from an earlier Covid-19 infection.
