RULES FOR ACCESS TO THE TEST AREA

FOR APPLICANTS TO THE DEGREE PROGRAMMES IN

MEDICINE AND SURGERY (International Medical School)

9 SEPTEMBER 2021
The test for admission into the single-cycle Master's degree programmes in Medicine and Dental
Medicine will take place on 9 September 2021 in the allocated rooms. Check the document
available online for logistic details.

Candidates are required to present themselves at 10:00 am. Please be punctual.

Pursuant to the guidelines of the Ministry of University and Research no. 25315 of 16 August 2021,
candidates must carry with them the following documents, on pain of exclusion:

 A current and valid COVID - 19 EU digital COVID certificate (a.k.a. "Green Pass"), in
digital or paper format

candidates from abroad, or Italians returning from abroad, further information and
requirements are available on the following institutional websites:

 A valid identity document (identity card or passport or driving license) – It must be the
same document as used for registration and payment on the unimi.it portal;
 Ministerial self-certification, duly completed, dated and signed, with attached
photocopy of a valid identity document.
Candidates must also comply with the following rules of conduct:

 Wear an FFP2 face mask, to be kept on in all closed environments, as well as outdoors
if it is not possible to keep social distancing.
No other masks allowed;
 Stay home if you have one or more of the following symptoms: temperature above
37.5 °C and chills; recent breathing difficulties; sudden loss of smell (anosmia) or
decreased sense of smell (hyposmia), loss of taste (ageusia) or altered taste
(dysgeusia); sore throat, cough, cold, chills, diarrhea, conjunctivitis, headache or any
other flu-like symptoms;
 Do not show up if in quarantine or self-isolation and/or under home confinement as a
measure to prevent the spread of COVID-19 contagion;
 It is not permitted for any accompanying persons to enter or wait at the test venue;
 It is forbidden to introduce food; only a 500 ml bottle of water is allowed;
 Sanitize your hands at the entrance and whenever requested by the board;
 Keep a distance of at least one meter from each other and avoid any form of gathering;
 Take a seat as instructed by the board;
  Always follow the instructions given by the board and shown on the signs;
 Immediately report to the board any respiratory or flu-like symptoms you may have
during the test;
 Do not touch your eyes, nose or mouth with your hands;
 Cover your mouth and nose if you sneeze or cough.

Candidates will be given a bag in which they will have to put any personal belongings (including
smartphones or mobile phones, to be turned off after identification). The bag must be stored as
instructed by the board and kept closed until leaving the test venue.

- to have read the safety and health protection measures in the dedicated section of the institutional
website of the universities and to adopt, during the competition test, all the containment measures
necessary to prevent the contagion from COVID-19.

- not to be subjected to the measure of quarantine or trustee home isolation and / or the prohibition of
removal from one's home / home provided as measures to prevent the spread of the COVID-19
contagion pursuant to current legislation.

- not having or having had symptoms (e.g., fever, sore throat, cold, nausea, chills, headache, cough,
diarrhea, vomiting) attributable to COVID-19 in the previous 14 days.

In the case of close contact with COVID-19 positive people (crossing the existing condition with x) :

 to have observed a mandatory quarantine period of 14 days from the last exposure to the case.

 to have observed a quarantine period of 10 days from the last exposure with a negative antigen or
molecular test, carried out on the tenth day.

 that I have not been in contact with Covid-19 positive people, to the best of their knowledge, in the
last 14 days.

The undersigned also undertakes to produce one of the following green Covid 19 / EU DIGITAL
COVID CERTIFICATES for electronic verification or certificate to be exempt from green certification
as per Ministry of Health circulars*.

* This exemption is available only in Italy.

N.B: If in possession of a certification from a non-EU country deemed equivalent to those of EU

countries, the undersigned will provide the aforementioned certification for the verification of its
equivalence.

This self-declaration is provided as a preventive measure related to the pandemic emergency of COVID-
19. It, together with the Covid 19 green certifications exhibited, is an indispensable condition for
participation in the insolvency procedure
