NARRATIVE REPORT

In line with the Department of Education Memorandum No.021, s 2023 of the Brigada Eskwela

Implementing Guidelines no. I which states that “it is a nationwide school maintenance program that engages all education stakeholders to contribute their time, efforts and

resources in ensuring that public schools are all set in time for class opening for this year 2023-2024”. The Salomague Norte Elementary School Teaching and Non-Teaching

headed by our School Head Hazel D. Tenepere,Ph.D, conducted Brigada Eskwela from August 14 to August 19,2023

The Brigada Eskwela with its theme “Bayanihan para sa Matatag na Paaralan “was implemented to maintain the school and its premises conducive to learning through the help of

our stakeholders. Different committees were created in the said activity for proper dissemination and information. There was a short program and registration on the first day. Attendance of

participants were provided the following days to recognize the presence and acknowledged the cooperation extended by our stakeholders The PTA officers extended their usual support by

helping the programs and activities of the school. There was Bayanihan during the said activity from the start up to the culmination because everyone contributed their part by cleaning the

surroundings, planting some flowery plants, repainting, doing some repairs of the dilapidated chairs and tables and some minor and major repairs. Some parents and members of Knights of

Columbus spent time uprooting grass and pruning some trees. The Barangay Officials were also present for maintaining peace and order.

The Brigada Eskwela 2023 was indeed successful. Documentations in every endeavor were provided as proof for the said program.
