How to Update your firmware

(Please following below step, we will teach you how to update new firmware for X02, and the way to update the firmware for other RUIZU mp3 player is
same )

Step 1 : Download the Tools and The firmware from RUIZU offical Website: www.ruizutek.com

Step 2 : Setup the tools on your computer. please see following step to know how to setup your tools on your computer.

press this button for “Next ” press this button for “Close ”

Step 3 : After you success to setup the Tools, Open the tools on your computer ,following below step to open the Tools on your computer.

1.Select “Start” button on the

desktop

2. Select “All program ” --->”Action Tools”folder--->”Audio Product Tool”folder--->”Audio Product

Tool”file.
 3. Open the tool

Step 4 : Use USB cable to connected the mp3 player with your computer and update the firmware, for the mp3 player. See the following step, to know how to update the fir

1. connect Mp3 player

with computer by USB

2. after connected successfully

you can see the Mp3 player
disk on the computer

3.press this green color switch button to select the sofware file
you want to update
after you press the green color switch button you will go to the
next window,as following picture
 4. selected the firmware file which you
download from website , and press
“Open” ok Confirm.
Note: You need to download the
firmware before this step. Then click
“Downloads” and you should find it.

5. Press “Replace ” buttom to replace old firmware

into the new firmware after this step you will go to
the next window as following picture

6. Check only “PRODUCTION” BOX . And leave

every other boxes unchecked.

7. Click “ ” button starting fix.

If “Successful” is showed in the progress bar, then it
represent everything is OK.
