Title of the project: Online Grievance Redressal System

Modifications we need in this project are:

First:
we have to create different kinds of sectors like
● Health / Hospital
● Fire station
● Police station
● Electrician
● Municipal and some other government sectors like these……

Second:

After creating different kinds of sectors in a website,

● The user or citizens who are opening this website should have a option called capture
photo.
● After clicking a photo, next the user should have a option called text message or
voice message in different languages .

● After generating text message or voice message , it should automatically submitted to

the related or created sector based on the text.

Example :
If user capture any crime photo in this website , after generating the text it will automatically
submitted to the police sector.

Third:

● After submitting the report , within one week the problem has to be solved.(based on
the problem)
● If the problem is not solved the user can take action or resubmit the report.
● If the user submit the fake report the authority will have to take action on them.

Fourth:

● The user should receive day-to-day report or feedback from the authority.
● After completing solving the problem the user should receive feedback, "Your
problem is solved".
