    2. 安装 02. OffboardDiagSetup
    3. 安装过程需要的 license 选择 03. Launcer+license+plugins 里的 license.dat ，安装完成后将
    OffboardDiagLauncher.exe 复制粘贴到安装目录下，将
    de.volkswagen.odis.vaudas.launcher_4.51.2.jar 复制粘贴到 plugins 文件夹下
    4. 根据系统安装 04.Patch 激活补丁
    5. 将 05. ODIS-Service_update_5_1_3.part01-22 解压到一起，然后倒入数据库
