 For Payroll deposit Accounts; SDA or DDA without any payroll credit transactions for the past three (3) months or more;
system will automatically convert it into a Regular Savings / Regular Checking Account. With maintaining balance of
P2,000.00

 Payroll accounts converted into a regular SDA or DDA, system will automatically collect falling below maintaining balance
Service Charge if the account does not maintain the required ADB. P500.00
 ATM Card Replacement : P150.00
 PIN Regen P50.00
 OTC charges: P100.00
 Unclaimed ATM card after 30 days is subject for perforation
