Before enrolling in the Direct Deposit service, you need to know the following information:

1. The student is the only person authorized to request
this service.
2. Properly fill out the following information in the Direct
Deposit Enrollment Form:
Choose the correct type of bank account and account
number, in addition to the routing number.**
3. To receive your payment through this service, there is a
monthly processing time from the date you complete the
application.
4. If you cancel the account, you have to complete the
Direct Deposit Cancellation Form. It is immediately
effective upon receipt.

5. The Institution is not responsible for mistakes students
make when filling out the forms mentioned above.
6. Once you submit the information, ask for a Direct
Deposit Bank verification to ensure that your bank
satisfactorily completed the transaction.
** If you have a bank account at First Bank, please
contact your bank before completing the form regarding
point # 2.
