How to pay your tuition fees?

Once you received your Assessment from the Registrar’s Office,
you may pay the down payment/total assessment through these payment
channels:

BILLS PAYMENT THRU ONLINE BANKING
Step 1 Log-in to your BDO online account.

Step 2 Enroll Company/Biller Account with the following details:

• Biller Name: NAZARETH SCHOOL, INC.


• Subscriber Number: Student ID No. plus Student’s Surname
(ex. 2019001947DELACRUZ)
• Subscriber Name: Student’s Name
Note:
For New students, your Student ID No. is in the upper left corner of your assessment.

Step 3 Pay the amount of down payment (for monthly installment) or total assessment (for
full payment) indicated in your Assessment.

Step 4 Screenshot the approved transaction for proof of payment. The screenshot should
capture the Transaction Approval No. and Date.

Step 5 To confirm your transaction, send an email to accounting@nu-nazareth.edu.ph using


this format in the email’s "Subject" line along with the screenshot of your proof of payment:

Kindly indicate the type of payment scheme you want to apply (either Cash/Full Payment or
Monthly Scheme) in the body of the email.
Please be informed that cash discount for full payment can only be availed until August 3,
2020 for Senior High Students and until August 24, 2020 for Kinder to Grade 10 students.
Wait for the verification email from Accounting. Posting of payment via BDO Bills Payment is
2-3 working days.

BDO BILLS PAYMENT THRU MOBILE BANKING
Step 1 Log-in to your BDO Mobile Application and enroll Company/Biller Account with the
following details:

• Biller Name: NAZARETH SCHOOL, INC.


• Subscriber Number: Student ID No. plus Student’s Surname
(ex. 2019001947DELACRUZ)
• Subscriber Name: Student’s Name
Note:
For New students, your Student ID No. is in the upper left corner of your assessment.

Step 2 Pay the amount of down payment (for monthly installment) or total assessment (for
full payment) indicated in your Assessment.

Step 3 Screenshot the approved transaction for proof of payment. The screenshot should

FUND TRANSFER FROM OTHER LOCAL BANK’S Wait for the verification email from Accounting. Posting of payment via fund transfer from
another local bank is 3-4 working days due to clearing cut-offs.
ONLINE BANKING FACILITY (via Instapay)
Sample Payment for Students with Eastwest Bank Account:

Step 1 Log-in to your other local bank’s Online or Mobile Application.

Step 2 Select Fund Transfer to another local bank and fill up requested information with
the following details:

• Account Name: NAZARETH SCHOOL OF NATIONAL UNIVERSITY, INC.


• Account No.: 006750158586
• Branch of Account: Banco De Oro (BDO) – Nagtahan Branch
• Account Type: Peso Savings Account

Step 3 Pay the amount of down payment (for monthly installment) or total assessment (for
full payment) indicated in your Assessment.

Step 4 Screenshot the approved transaction for proof of payment. The screenshot should
capture the Transaction Approval No. and Date.

SM BILLS PAYMENT
Step 1 Go to the nearest SM Bills Payment Centers (Savemore or SM Malls nationwide)

Step 2 Fill up the SM Bills Transaction slip with the following details:

• Biller Company: NAZARETH SCHOOL, INC.


• Account Number: 002 + Student ID No. (ex. 002-2019001947)
• Subscriber Name: Student’s Full Name
Note:
For New students, your Student ID No. is in the upper left corner of your assessment.

Step 3 Pay the amount of down payment (for monthly installment) or total assessment (for
full payment) indicated in your Assessment. Payment can be made through cash only. A
transaction fee of Php 10.00 will be charged per transaction.

Step 4 Scan or take a clear photo of the SM Bill’s official receipt for proof of payment. Please
make sure that the Official Receipt bears “NAZARETH” not “NATIONAL”.

Step 5 To confirm your transaction, send an email to accounting@nu-nazareth.edu.ph using


this format in the email’s "Subject" line along with the scanned copy/photo of your proof of
payment:

Step 2 Fill up the Cash/Check Transaction slip with the following details:

• Subscriber Name: Student’s Name

Please make your checks payable to NAZARETH SCHOOL OF NATIONAL UNIVERSITY, INC.
Please be informed that we do not accept post-dated checks.

Step 4 Scan or take a clear photo of the transaction slip for proof of payment. The screenshot
should capture the bank’s validation.

Step 5 To confirm your transaction, send an email to accounting@nu-nazareth.edu.ph using


this format in the email’s "Subject" line along with the scanned copy/photo of your proof of
