XII. FUNDING

ExtremeMix RediCon Manufacturing Inc. will be a corporation type of business resulting to need
for raising funding inside and outside of the owners’ assets, for the idea of ready mixed concrete
business to be a reality

Funding will come from:

1. Owner’s Capital

The most important source of funding for Cover-it-Up Inc. will be cash from investors directly.
It will deal with the portion of the total resources that has been financed by investors' money.
These funds will be used to start this business from the ground up and invest in strategic projects
that the organization hopes to complete in the ready mixed concrete business.

2. Debt Capitals

Organizations like Cover-it-Up Inc., like people, can get cash as a source of funding if it is still
lacking to make this thought spring up. This will be accomplished in secret using bank credits.
Cover-it-Up Inc. believes that this is a useful approach to subsidizing because interest paid on
obligations is usually tax deductible for the organization, and interest costs are frequently less
expensive than other readily available sources of capital.

Amount Needed

The first round of funding will be sought to cover the first year’s operating expenses as describe
in the financial plan, as well as the financing of our demonstration home. We have estimated
total start-up costs for the first-year operation of about P 00000. The numbers in the start-up and
the start-up funding tables are meant to reflect these estimates. The company also seeks P 00000
for the construction of Modular Home’s factory. The needed fund would sum up to P 00000 to
establish this business.

The listed name of the shareholders in Cover-it-Up Inc. will provide the bulk of start-up
financing in the amount of P 00000. Approximately P 00000 of additional funding is needed for
the startup of this business. The purpose of this business plan is to secure financing for that
amount.

For the remaining P 00000 additional financing needed to cover the start-up costs, the company
plans to receive a five-year term commercial loan facility which will meet the cash flow
requirements. The borrowed funds will be used exclusively to buy equipment, based on the list
that will be made available to the lending institution. The loan could be repaid in equal monthly
installments over a five-year period.
Our cash-flow analysis demonstrates the company’s ability to repay the loan and meet the
interest payment obligations, while maintaining adequate liquidity and generating positive cash
flow and sufficient cash reserves for unforeseen future events.

For conservative purposes, the annual interest rate has been estimated at 8 percent. The actual
interest rate and the borrowing terms will be negotiated with the participating Bank. Strong
collateral could be provided by an SBA guarantee, and by the owners’ personal assets (for
example, cash collateral in the form of certificates of deposit, to Cover the remaining collateral
requirements in addition to the guarantee).
