INTRODUCTION:
GUILLAUME FAURY

Guillaume Faury was appointed Airbus Chief Executive Officer


(CEO) in April 2019 and re-appointed in 2022. Guillaume leads
the Company’s Executive Committee. He was previously
President of Airbus’ commercial aircraft business, a role he had
held since February 2018.

Additionally, Guillaume is a member of the board of directors of


AXA SA (since April 2021)
Dave Calhoun

David Calhoun is president and chief executive officer of The


Boeing Company, a leading global aerospace company and
provider of commercial airplanes; defense, space and security
systems; and global services. The company employs more than
150,000 people worldwide, leverages the talents of a global
supplier base, and is a top U.S. exporter for commercial and
government customers in more than 150 countries.

Guillaume began his career in 1992 as a flight-test engineer for
the Eurocopter Tiger helicopter in the Direction Generale de
l’Armement (DGA), the French government agency responsible
for the development and purchase of defence systems for the
French armed forces

DAVE CALHOUN
David L. Calhoun is a businessperson who has been at the
head of 18 different companies and occupies the position of
President, Chief Executive Officer & Director at The Boeing
Co., Chairman & Chief Executive Officer of Nielsen Finance
LLC and Chief Executive Officer for Net Ratings LLC. Mr.
Calhoun is also on the board of Caterpillar, Inc. (former
Independent Chairman), Nielsen Consumer Neuroscience, Inc.
and King (KGARG) Holdings Ltd.

Airbus with a simplified management structure and a manifesto
for manufacturing reforms, as Airbus gears up for intensified
competition with Boeing.

DAVE CALHOUN
Boeing and Calhoun get credit for a good choice and phased
entry. On paper, Calhoun has what it takes. He grew up and
spent twenty-six years at GE when it was an “Academy”
company, running several business units and exiting as Vice-
Chair. Since GE he’s been CEO of Nielsen and then head of
Blackstone’s Portfolio Operations team, dealing with several
tough situations. He’s an experienced operator, thinker as co-
author of the book “How Companies Win,” and leader
