depose and state THAT:

2. I hereby waive, transfer and convey all of my rights, interests and obligations over said house in
favor of JOHN DOE and JOSEL TUAZON, likewise Filipinos, of legal ages, and a resident of
Block 2, Lot 45, Phase 1 EP Housing, Barangay, Pinagsama, Taguig City.

3. I am executing this affidavit to attest to the truthfulness of the foregoing and in order to facilitate
the transfer of the said house in favor of JOHN DOE and JOSEL TUAZON.
