-commonly known as NBC 461

-serves as the guidelines for


the reclassification of Faculty
Positions for CHED, SUCs and
TESDA.
Background
DBM-CHED Joint Circular No.
1, Series of 2019

- A deadline was set for the


7th cycle evaluation

- Only Zonal printouts


covering the 7th cycle and
below and printed before
December 31, 2018 will be
processed.

-Those cycles beyond the 7th


cycle will be needing a new
guidelines.
Guidance from the meetings
with the DBM:
● It was recommended that TESDA to determine first the faculty
positions which will be included for the reclassification and their
budget requirement provided they are supported with zonal printouts.

● Zonal printouts covering the 7th cycle and below will be prioritized for
processing provided TESDA has funds to cover the funding
requirements.

● Positions with zonal printouts covering beyond the 7th cycle will only be
processed upon the approval of the revised guidelines for the
reclassifications of faculty positions in TAS.
Last Call for Submission of Zonal
Printouts
■ Memorandum No. 130,
Series of 2023 was issued
instructing the submission
of Zonal Printouts.
■ This is also for the
purpose of determining
the final amount of lacking
budget.
● Per review of the
Financial and
Management Service
(FMS), the budget
allocation is sufficient to
cover only the existing
PS requirement of the
agency.

● It was recommended
that the lacking PS
requirements for the
reclassification be
requested from the DBM.
