Sub: SJPS - Career Fair 2024 to the Benefit of Secondary &

Senior Secondary Students- Reg.,

This is to bring to the attention of parents of our secondary and senior secondary classes
and our students of Classes 9, 10, 11 & 12 that SJPS is bringing closer to the benefit of
our students (of Classes 9, 10, 11 & 12) the top universities, higher education
institutions and colleges of arts, science and humanities through our special career
focused SJPS - Career Fair 2024 in our school campus.

Yes, understanding the emerging new courses and upscaling trends in the premises of
higher education and in the interest of making our students to know the latest
developments in the world of higher education and to get them connected to the
vibrant job / career market, SJPS has come forward to organise 2 Day Career Fair @ SJPS
Campus. This 2 Day Event is planned to be conducted and hosted by St. John’s Public
School on Friday the 26th & Saturday the 27th January 2024. This is A Student - Friendly
initiative from SJPS. The Colleges, Institutes and other educational agencies serving the
students of Commerce & Humanities groups will also be brought into the SJPS -
Career Fair.

Having reached out to the Various Universities, Institutes of Higher Education,

Colleges in and around Chennai and in the various districts of Tamilnadu, we have
received tremendous participation responses from them and they will be a part of Our
SJPS - Career Fair 2024, dear parents.

We are also inviting Students of Classes 11 & 12 from all patterns of Schools from the
City of Chennai to visit the 2 Day Career Fair @ Our School Campus. We come to know
that we will be witnessing foot prints of thousands of students from the city schools in
each of the 2 days.

Also we have ensured that Higher Education Departments from a few other countries
who have their Consulate / Embassy @ Chennai also participate in our 2 Day Career

Fair. We have invited a few Educational Consultants and Service Providers who have
also ensured their participation in the career fair. Thus the 2 Day Inclusive Career Fair
will benefit thousands of students of Classes 11 & 12. It will also turn out to be an eye-
opener for the Students of Secondary School Students (Students of Classes 9 & 10).
Hence students of these Classes (classes 9 & 10) can also visit the 2 day career fair.

Added to these facilities and provisions, we have arranged for Open Forum & Student
Friendly Seminar & Workshops which will be hosted by the top universities @ our
air-conditioned Adonai Auditorium. We will be sharing the information regard to the
45 Minutes Slots that will be addressed by the Executives of different universities in
advance to the parents & students of our school. We have also taken steps to provide an
exclusive Book Fair @ the Career Fair for the benefits of the Students of Classes 11 & 12
to browse such books which can connect them to the needs of higher education, as part
of Our Career Fair 2024.
Through this circular we would like to inform some of our parents who are associated
with any of the Higher Education- Universities, Institutions & Colleges , can connect
their Organisations also to participate by reserving the Stalls @ SJPS - Career Fair
