General Instructions
❖ Second Periodic Assessment (PA 2) commences on Thursday, the
7th of September 2023 and ends on Thursday, the 14th of
September 2023.
❖ Written Assessment will be conducted in the Morning Session,
between 10.30 a.m. and 12.00 noon. Regular classes as per the day’s
schedule will be conducted in the first two periods.
❖ Break between 10.20 a.m. and 10.30 a.m.
❖ All required stationary items like Pen (Blue ink / Gel ink pen), Pencil,
half foot ruler, eraser, sharpener etc. to be brought by the students.
❖ Regular classes will be conducted again in the rest of the periods
(from fifth period to ninth period after the assessment). All the
students will appear for 1 Hour 30 Minutes of assessment in all
Subjects.
❖ Exercise Notebooks and Textbooks to be brought as per the day’s
timetable for the first two periods and for fifth to ninth period.
❖ Printed Question Paper and Answer Sheets will be provided.
❖ All Assessment days will be regular full working days and
attendance is compulsory.
❖ No Re-test will be conducted if absent for assessment, please note.
