I am currently working as Industrial engineer in Production department and perform following tasks:

 Implementation of different tools of Industrial engineering on floor e.g.5S, Gemba, Information board
 Deployment against plan and capacity finding of different lines
 Perform training, Efficiency of new operator and also work on piece rate system.
 Identify Bottlenecks and remove bottlenecks from line to maintain smooth flow with the help of time study
 Set new Line according to layout or in case of Urgent Shipment set new lines.
 Design Layout of floor and its implementation
 Divide different operations among operators for smooth flow.

Pepsico along with other companies introduce this program for virtual supply chain department. I learned about demand and supply
techniques. I designed project related to supply chain.

Our project title is “COST REDUCTION BY IMPELEMENTING LEAN TECHNIQUES”. We use different LEAN
techniques to Reduce cost e.g. VSM, eliminate wastages, implement 5S and some other tools.
