* STAFF :-
The staff will be hired, recruited and trained by the franchisor.
The staff is trained for months, and the salary and stay of the staff during the training is
paid by the franchisor.
The franchisee gets the staff at no extra cost as this cost is already included in the
franchisee fees.

* * CIVIL WORK :-
Apart from the above cost, plumbing, electric, civil and decorative interior will take around
3,00,000/- (three lacs) rupees.

* TOTAL TENTATIVE COST :-

Franchisee fees + deposit Rs.10,00,000/-
Electric + Plumbing + Civil Rs. 3,00,000/-
TOTAL Rupees Rs. 13,00,000/-

Apart from this a monthly royalty of Rs.10000/- will be charged after one year of operations.

GST :- AS Applicable.
