determinants, this study seeks to provide insights into the key drivers of profitability in the Ethiopian
insurance industry.

Objectives:

Ethiopia.

2.TITLE: FACTORS AFFECTING EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE IN THE CASE OF ETHIOTELECOM HEAD OFFICE

This research aims to explore the factors that influence employee performance in the head office of
EthioTelecom, a leading telecommunications company in Ethiopia. Employee performance is crucial for
organizational success, and understanding the factors that affect it can help organizations improve
productivity, job satisfaction, and overall performance.

Objectives:
- To identify the key factors that influence employee performance in the head office of EthioTelecom.
- To examine the impact of leadership styles, organizational culture, and work environment on employee
performance.
- To assess the role of training and development programs in enhancing employee performance.

within EthioTelecom, this research seeks to understand how the organization's culture influences employee
commitment in the specific context of Addis Ababa Zones.

Objectives:
- To analyze the organizational culture of EthioTelecom in Addis Ababa Zones.
- To assess the level of employee commitment within EthioTelecom's Addis Ababa Zones.
