WORKOUT GUIDELINES
1. Start with pre workout stretches, perform the exercises, end with
post workout stretches.
2. Repeat these exercises every week for a month.
3. Stay hydrated during the workout.
4. Hold cool down stretches for 10-15 seconds and repeat stretches
2-3 times.
5. Keep extra focus on your form to prevent injuries.
6. Don't consume solids 15 minutes before the workout.
7. Don't miss warm up and cool down stretches.
8. Don't skip workouts if you're experiencing cramps.
