Server Duties

Section 1:
 Refill Fridge (Beer, 2 of Horchata, Mixes, Ketchup, Ranch, 2
Chocolate Syrups, 2 Whip Creams) , Refill Salt and Pepper
Mixes: 5 lime, 3 of other flavors,2 Ice cream base
 Clean Fridge and Wash Blender

Section 2: Clean Highchairs and Booster Seats, Refill Salt,

Pepper, Sugar, Clean Guantes and Condones

Section 3: Refill Office (Napkins, Straws, etc.) , To-Go

Containers, Clean Knives, and Refill Salt and Pepper

*Wednesday ONLY*
Place Soda Dispenser Valves in Soapy Water

*EVERYONE DOES SILVERWARE *

Friday and Saturdays: The person who leaves early does

silverware and Section 3 chores before leaving

If 3 leaves, 1 does 1, 2 does 2

If 1 leaves, 2 does 2, 3 does 2
If 2 leaves, 1 does 1, 3 does 2

CASHIERS WILL NOT GIVE OUT TIPS UNTIL CHORES
